Who better to design and build a range of dynamometer systems than Engine Tuners, Racers and Engineers. It's from this experience that we have designed dyno systems that exceed many other systems on offer today. With our in-house design team specializing in Mechanical, Micro-Electronic and Software Development we have been able to manufacture a range of dynamometers and accessories, modular in design that can be expanded and upgraded as and when the user requires, whilst achieving a realistic, not 'Rip You Off' price tag.

All Dyna Pro drum chassis are fabricated and formed from Laser cut 5mm,6mm &10mm steel. This gives us the advantage of being able to hold tolerances of +/- 0.1mm over 2000mm. Some dyno company's are still using 'Agricultural' type materials ( 'C' sections & 'I' beams ) to construct their Dyno units, this is just a cheap method of construction which to be honest even the most unskilled fabricator could 'knock' up!
30 years manufacturing experience has gone into the design & manufacture of our dyno's, and it shows, not only is it functional but also something beautiful to look at and be proud of.

Dyna Pro transmits and receives all data via USB, can you believe some dyno manufactures still transmit via serial leads! How can they get repeatable, consistent dyno runs transmitting at such slow data rates? What's more, as standard our systems includes 12 additional channels for data logging. Thermocouples, pressure sensors, TPS, flow sensors, in fact any sensor can be interfaced with the Dyna Pro Microprocessor Acquisition Unit. These data results are available in real-time format as well as plotted graph format.

Software has, up to this point amassed somewhere in the region of 4500 hours development, with input from existing dyno users and engine tuners to what they, and we want from the software. Custom functions can be added at the users request.
Software updates are Free of charge, yes you read that correct, no cost to the user. To be honest it makes our life easier by supporting one version of software only. Also why should customers pay the same price for a machine but have a lower version of software?
All versions of software will produce the same power figures. Apparently we've heard that some manufacturers dyno's read different power figures dependent on software version, how can that happen?

The Dyna Pro Eddy retarder unit is capable of 850 ft/lbs of absorbsion, we rate the dyno at 500 ft/lbs constant loading. All brake dyno's come with a torque cell as standard, this enables 'closed loop' processing even on percentage loadings. To be honest we can't see the point of a brake unit without a torque cell, you can't achieve % Loading, sweep, step or even wind drag simulations without one............what's the point in that?

We know what you want.............As engine tuners, it's what we want !
